Your new role

• End-to-end remit including supplier sourcing, SRM, and performance management
• Negotiating best value for money
• Inventory management, forecasting demand and market trends to purchase stock
• Identifying and implementing cost saving initiatives and continuous process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

• Hands-on Procurement experience within homeware i.e. dining, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc.
• Ability to analyse market trends and identify merchandising strategies
• Excellent communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills – the right culture fit is crucial
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable, team player mentality
