We are currently supporting a leading manufacturing company in Birmingham. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transactional Services Finance Manager to join them on a Fixed Term contract for 6–12 months initially.

Your new role

As the Transactional Services Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the transactional finance operations (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations. You will play a key role in optimising financial processes, leading a team of finance professionals, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. The organisation is currently going through a significant period of transformation, and this role will play a key part in delivering the change agenda.

What you'll need to succeed

The role would suit a qualified accountant (or QBE) with experience of driving change in a large and complex environment. You will have a track record of leading and motivating teams and will also be happy to roll your sleeves up and get into the detail.
