Real Estate / Commercial Paralegal vacancy at a leading Leeds firm. Must have previous property experience.
My client is one of the most recognised and highly regarded law firms in the North of England. There is an excellent opportunity available for a Real Estate / Commercial Property Paralegal to join my client's Leeds office in a hybrid working role. My client is particularly keen on seeing applications from candidates who already have experience working in a legal property team who are keen to take the next step up in their legal career or who might be looking for an opportunity that involves more direct client contact.
Based in the centre of Leeds, my client's office is easily accessible, and this opportunity would be a perfect fit for candidates based in and around the city. My client is expecting the successful candidate to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week - there may be slight flexibility on this based on the level of direct experience a candidate has, but this role will not be suitable for anyone looking to predominantly work from home.
Candidates interested in applying for this position can expect to undertake duties including the following (the below is not an exhaustive list):
My client is committed to the further development of paralegals across all areas of law that they operate in and, as such, this would be an ideal opportunity for any good property paralegal who may have future qualification aspirations.
