Your new role

As a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Finance department, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on the refinancing and new financing of real estate assets. You will also support business development activities within the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in real estate finance at a reputable law firm.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating closely with the real estate team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving excellence.
• Strong experience with banking documentation, the ideal candidate will have had a secondment with a bank.
