Your new role

• Manage all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Hold monthly meetings with the SMT to talk through financials
• Oversee cash flow management and ensure optimal financial performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage tax compliance.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team of 2.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role, they will be confident talking through month-end reports and happy to work in a varied role.
