Your new role

• Keep track of debts like a pro and make sure they’re on the right path to recovery.
• Handle all the mail, emails, and calls from debtors and third parties, and be aware of vulnerable clients.
• Make proactive calls to chat about payments and debt recovery.
• Use your detective skills to trace missing debtors with tracing agencies.
• Refer cases to Debt Collectors, review their returns, and complete County Court Claims.
• Recommend and prepare documentation for write-offs.
• Ensure everything you do complies with regulatory and audit requirements to keep the service delivery smooth and efficient.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bring your debt recovery and credit control experience to the table – it's a must-have!
• Be a master of English, both written and spoken.
• Show off your IT skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Use your telephony skills to communicate effectively
• Be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Collaborate well with the team and be ready to assist team members when needed.

What you'll get in return

• Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
