Your new role

• Assist in the management and execution of complex restructuring transactions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to bankruptcy, insolvency, and corporate restructuring.
• Draft and review legal documents, including restructuring agreements, court filings, and client correspondence.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategic solutions.
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 2–4 years of experience (guidelines only) in restructuring at a well-known law firm.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
