- Assisting with the implementation of personalised achievement plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to help students overcome learning barriers.
- Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional well-being.
- Supporting both indoor and outdoor activities and ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with students.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A "Can Do" attitude
