My client is looking for a highly organised individual who can follow the process, but is also happy to challenge and ask questions where required. Ideally, with experience of working in an IT department or other service delivery team and a good communicator who can deal with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.

Your new role

You will support the Digital Services team, performing service reviews with customers and suppliers. Manage any changes to the systems and ensure compliance is met.
Support the IT team with procurement of equipment
Deal with in-house suppliers and provide guidance and assistance on the service desk
Manage customer and supplier relations
Escalate any issues to the manager
Drive improvements
Gather statistics

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience dealing with suppliers and an excellent knowledge of business systems and processes
Skills in planning and scheduling work
Excellent report writing skills
Team working skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines
