Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and support the progress of SEN students, providing feedback to teachers.
  • Assist in the preparation of individualised teaching materials and resources.
  • Supervise students during activities and breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting student learning and welfare.
  • Basic knowledge of SEN strategies and classroom management techniques.
