Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and support the progress of SEN students, providing feedback to teachers.
- Assist in the preparation of individualised teaching materials and resources.
- Supervise students during activities and breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
- Enthusiasm for supporting student learning and welfare.
- Basic knowledge of SEN strategies and classroom management techniques.
