Leading Estate Agency Requires Experienced Resales/ Negotiator To Join Their Team

Your new role

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Resales Team by handling property enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating sales, managing contracts, and preparing reports. Additionally, you will provide exceptional service to our existing customers, guiding them seamlessly from their initial enquiry through to completion.
You will be required to oversee the negotiation of new property sales from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
Moreover, you will undertake a range of administrative tasks to provide vital support to the office and contribute to its efficient operation.
This role will be based at our client's office in Ards, where you will be tasked with delivering property viewings in the surrounding area, managing offers on the properties, following up on contracts and negotiations.

Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm
You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays from 9:30-12:30pm.


What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the property industry. You should also possess a minimum of 2 GCSEs - including A-C grades in Maths and English.
Proficiency in IT is essential, and an outgoing, professional attitude for conducting viewings confidentially and dealing with customers.
A full, clean driving licence, and access to your own transport is required for this role.
