Your new role

This insolvency solicitor role is part of the firm's planned expansion. Joining a wider team, you will be the first insolvency lawyer in the firm's Liverpool office. As such, this is a strategic appointment and one that is fully backed by the partnership. You will handle a mix of non-contentious and contentious matters and will work closely with the real estate, corporate and banking teams.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate recovery lawyer operating at Legal Director or Partner level. With a good technical skill set, you should have an appetite for business development. There is no requirement for you to have a client following although if you do, this will influence the financial package that you are offered.
