P6 Planner (Primavera) / London / £75k plus benefits

P6 Planner (Primavera) required on a permanent basis for a Leading London based design management consultancy supporting architectural practices.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong planning background with extensive experience with P6 - making sure project schedules are set up, maintained, and organised appropriately.

In this role you will:

Plan, set up and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 using design management input.
Follow project planning processes on all assigned projects.
Progress reporting.
Highlight any deviation within the programme to the Design Manager and assist with appropriate planning advice.
Implement planning logic, understand interdependencies and knock-on effects.
Highlight critical path and appropriate resource & cost loading.
Track baseline vs actual progress on schedules.
Efficiently set out potential delays and advise on the likely impacts.
Liaise with client-side planners to understand their needs and expectation.
Highlight risks / raise early warnings with possible impacts to project schedule and Design Management team.

You must have:

Hands on proficiency and experience with Primavera P6
You should be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Project.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to balance / manage competing priorities.
An understanding of the design process is advantageous.
