HR Business Partner- 12 months


Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning our HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and enhancing employee engagement. You will work closely with leadership and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and provide strategic HR support.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
