Job Description: The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service, and driving sales. This role involves leading and motivating a team of sales associates, managing inventory, and maintaining the store's visual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Provide expert advice on menswear styles, fits, and fabrics
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support and train staff
Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention
Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
Collaborate with senior management on store operations and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods sector
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Passion for fashion and tailoring
Flexibility to work 5 days a week in the office
