About the Role
We are looking for a driven and talented Graduate Design Engineer to work on their ever-increasing design portfolio. This role involves managing design changes, collaborating with various teams to validate these updates, and ensuring a seamless implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Continuous Improvement teams to deliver design changes efficiently.
- Ensure all 3D Models and Drawings are optimised for manufacturing processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for resolving design-related challenges.
- Accurately document and update systems with the latest data while distributing engineering documents as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- An enthusiastic learner with a “Can-Do” attitude and the ability to adapt to feedback.
- A flexible and proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong practical, hands-on approach with a focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Familiarity with SolidWorks 3D CAD Software and experience in creating engineering drawings.
- Open to travel between multiple sites to collaborate and ensure seamless implementation.
Qualifications:
- A degree in an Engineering/Design-related field.
- Demonstrable experience with SolidWorks 3D CAD Software and generating drawings from 3D models.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks PDM is a plus but not required.
