My client is a market-leading, Global brand who urgently require a Global Programme Delivery Manager with proven expertise in successfully leading and delivering Global Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) Programmes within large, complex organisations.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record as a Programme Delivery Manager with expertise in successfully leading and delivering Global Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) Programmes
Demonstrable background in large, complex (multi-layer, multi-region) Global organisations
A broad remit in previous roles encompassing Data, Process and Technology Change
A strong customer-centric, customer-first approach
Previous experience with CRM platforms and big Data volumes
Ability to tell a simple and clear story
Capable of analysing, evaluating and overcoming Programme risks, and producing Programme reports for key stakeholders
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Agile methodology adoption
Nice to have:Degree in Business and / or Technology (or equivalent)
Certifications in Programme Management and Project Management
