Your new role

• Work with service area teams to identify opportunities for corporate volunteer activities.
• Liaise between corporate companies and local organisations, and our service area teams to promote, plan and host corporate volunteer events.
• Work with the MCF team and wider organisation to identify, plan, promote and attend community engagement events.
• Work with the Manager and the marketing division to maximise reach and engagement, and revenue generation on all Corporate Volunteer and Community Engagement events.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain uniform, print and merchandise quotes and place orders.
• Use the finance system to raise purchase orders and update once delivered.
• Support the fundraising team to identify, complete and submit funding applications.
• Capture high-quality still and moving images for use on websites, social media and printed literature.

What you'll need to succeed

• Self-starter and team player
• Experience of organising events
• Experience of hosting, engaging and presenting at events
• Driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
