A London-based Private Wealth Manager, with a high-performing legal team renowned for providing bespoke legal and advisory services to a high-net-worth individual. This client is considering making a legal hire in two areas. Below are details of the positions they are thinking about recruiting for.

About the roles

Litigation Lawyer (4-6 PQE)

• Experience providing litigation support within the financial services sector

• Past exposure to cases involving trusts and offshore matters

• Ability to provide strategic legal advice while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Corporate Commercial Lawyer (6-8 PQE)

• Ability to support a wide scope of commercial transactions and matters, including but not limited to real estate, financing and trusts

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as NDAs, loan agreements and deeds of assignments

• Previous experience with a range of corporate transactions (M&A, JVs and re-organisations)
