Location: Farnborough
Assignment type: Temporary, to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months potential to extend. You will be engaged via Hays
Working environment: Hybrid, part clients office/site min 3 days per week onsite after training
Hours per week: 37,5
Your new role
Complete the operational administration of the department’s financial processes and daily transactions – customer & supplier related, and associated data management and administration.
  • Raise and process supplier invoices
  • Raise and process customer invoices, customer recharges & processing customer refunds/reimbursements
  • Investigate and resolve all Customer Billing queries, involving discussions with internal colleagues and suppliers to deliver a timely & professional response / result to the customer.
  • Maintain and administrate all locally-owned databases, including ongoing maintenance and enhancements to tables, queries and user-forms.
  • Ensure the accuracy, validation and quality of the raw data prior to import.
