Your new role
As an M&E Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that mechanical and electrical systems across the housing portfolio are safe, compliant, and effectively managed. You will oversee the maintenance, inspection, and improvement of these systems, working closely with other members of the compliance and building safety team.

In return, you will receive a salary of £67,700 per year, and an initial fixed employment contract of 24 months (although this is likely to progress further into a permanent position). - A relevant qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering (HNC / HND).
- Proven experience in managing M&E systems within housing.
