Customer service advisor required for a large Northern Irish organisation

Your new company
This organisation is a large private sector utility provider in Belfast and Northern Ireland.


Your new role

To provide engineering support, including administration duties, to ensure the smooth running of the operation of the business.

  • Dispatch engineers to jobs and record all relevant details in the company system.
  • Update the organisation's internal system with careful attention to detail
  • Support the timely provision of reports to management concerning business objectives
  • Liaise with customers to agree appointment dates and resolve problems and complaints
  • Liaise with different departments within the company to resolve customer-related issues
  • Support all processes to ensure effective operation of emergency services, including rota preparation
  • Support processes to ensure that all customer changeable quotations and renewals are issued in a timely, controlled manner
  • Ensure phones within the department are answered in a timely and professional manner

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • English and Maths GCSE (grade C or above) or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year's relevant experience within an office/administration function
  • Experience of working in a highly pressurised environment
  • Experience of dealing with customer-related queries and / or complaints
  • Excellent organisational ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Comprehensive IT skills
