We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Planner to join a dynamic team within the housing sector on a temp-to-perm basis. This role offers an immediate start and provides the chance to showcase your scheduling expertise in a fast-paced

Your new role

Coordinate and schedule responsive repair works, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, providing excellent customer service when arranging appointments and resolving queries.
Manage operatives' schedules, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are achieved.
Prepare accurate documentation and reports to track performance against KPIs.
Handle unforeseen issues such as urgent repairs or changes in schedules to maintain service continuity.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with policies.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in planning or scheduling roles, ideally within the housing or repairs sector.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills to liaise confidently with tenants, operatives, and stakeholders.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
IT proficiency, particularly in scheduling and reporting systems.
