Internal Recruiter job, 6 month FTC job in Bromsgrove, paying up to £35,000 annual salary equivalent.
Your new company
You will be joining a dynamic, established and thriving organisation in Bromsgrove to support the company with internal recruitment. This is for a 6 month fixed term contract, with a view to starting immediately, working hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Your new role
This plays a key role in supporting the people and development teams to deliver end-to-end recruitment support, ensuring that hiring managers and candidates receive a high-quality service.Key duties are:
- The delivery of direct talent attraction and sourcing methods to build the talent pool via the internal intranet, job boards, external social media and networking sites.
- Engage with recruitment agencies as and when required.
- Liaising with internal and external job applicants.
- Ensure a seamless experience and internal recruitment SLAs are adhered to.
- Managing the shared recruitment inbox to respond to queries, referring to the People Resourcing and Development Manager when required.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, coordinate interviews and provide timely updates on recruitment progress and training where required.
- Day-to-day management of the ATS, ensuring the system is kept up to date and providing user support for agencies and hiring managers as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrable experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate attraction, direct sourcing, interview scheduling and offer management
- Experience of working in a fast-paced in-house or agency recruitment team
- Experience of talent attraction within Financial Services industry desirable
- Ability to meet moving priorities and deadlines in an organised and proactive manner, embracing change in a fluid environment.
- Effective and confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook and basic Microsoft Excel skills, with a keen desire to understand data
- Experience of using LinkedIn and job boards to find talent, including Boolean searches and targeted headhunting campaigns.
- Passionate about championing a fair, equality and inclusivity-focused recruitment process.
