Window & Door Fitter

Job Title: Window and Door Fitter – Maintenance Team
Location: Leeds, UK Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Benefits: Fuel card and van provided (take-home van)

Role Overview:
Our client, a reputable local housing association in Leeds, is seeking an experienced Window and Door Fitter to join their Planned Works team within the maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have experience fitting both PVC and traditional windows and doors. A background in social housing is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair windows and doors (PVC and standard types).
  • Work on planned maintenance projects within the housing association's properties.
  • Ensure all installations meet safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain high-quality craftsmanship and customer service.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a window and door fitter.
  • Knowledge and experience of PVC and traditional window and door fitting.
  • Social housing experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence (for van and fuel card).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
