1st Line Support Analyst

A leading Insurance Organisation is looking to secure a proactive, motivated 1st line support engineer with excellent communication skills. You will have gained experience of working in a 1st line support role, ideally within the Insurance sector, but Insurance sector experience is not essential. The role will be to be the first line of support for circa 700 users. You will have a cool head in a demanding environment and be able to provide solutions quickly and effectively. You will have good analytical and inquisitive skills to understand user's issues, to offer solutions or know where to go for resolution.

As a 1st line support analyst, you will have supported users in an ITIL environment, with good knowledge of Active Directory, MS Teams, Citrix, Citrix Workspace, O365, SCCM, Windows 7/10 Office 2016. You will have a solid understanding of networking protocols, TCP /IP, DNS and DHCP
