Your new role

As a rules Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the rules and Affiliations Department. You will be working closely with the rules manager and your responsibilities will include preparing paperwork for rules amendments, managing club affiliations, communicating club changes, maintaining casework records, and assisting with meetings and event administration. You will also provide reception and switchboard cover as needed.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a similar Administration position.
