Junior Electrical/Electrical & Control Engineer

The Role
The company is seeking a motivated Junior Electrical/Electrical & Control Engineer to join its Engineering function. This role involves contributing to detailed design work, construction supervision, installation, and commissioning of new projects, as well as upgrades to existing facilities. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will have opportunities to gain international experience, including travel abroad for periods of 6–8 weeks during project implementation. As part of a comprehensive training program, the Junior Engineer will rotate through various areas of the Electrical and Control section, gaining exposure to electrical power engineering, distribution, instrumentation and control, IT, and systems integration.

Key Qualifications & Skills
  • A minimum of an accredited MEng 2.1 or above in Electrical/Electrical & Control Engineering (applicants with a 2.2 and relevant industrial experience will also be considered).
  • A broad understanding of electrical engineering and control/systems engineering principles, demonstrated through academic modules.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Industrial or relevant work experience is preferred but not essential.
