This social housing provider is a reputable housing association based in Glasgow, committed to providing quality housing solutions and is seeking a temporary housing assistant for an initial 4-week period.
With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for your tenants within the Housing Management Team.

Your new role

This role focusses on delivering comprehensive housing management services for a housing association.
Key responsibilities include front-line customer service, assisting with void management, tenancy management, and tenant visits, conducting estate inspections, logging repairs, processing administration, and supporting sharing owner enquiries.
Collaboration with departments and external agencies is essential to meet targets and ensure smooth estate management.
The role requires building strong relationships with agencies, processing invoices, and contributing to community projects beyond housing.
The position demands excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with relevant software.
Flexibility in working hours and coping with pressure are crucial.
Responsibilities also include covering the duties of other Housing Assistants and attending training courses. The role aligns with organisational policies to deliver exceptional customer service, meet objectives, and ensure value for money in housing management activities.
