Job Summary
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the school. You will work closely with staff, students, and parents, contributing to the efficient running of administrative tasks and supporting the broader school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to school leadership and teaching staff.
  • Managing student records and maintaining accurate data entry using school systems.
  • Coordinating school communications, including newsletters, emails, and parent correspondence.
  • Assisting with the planning and organisation of school events and activities.
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring the school office operates efficiently.
  • Supporting the admissions process, including enquiries, applications, and enrolment.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in administrative roles in an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding support.
  • Ability to use school systems such as SIMS
