Your new company

Hays are working with a growing Manufacturing business based in Telford who are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator on a permanent basis. This company is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Support Office Administrator to join their very friendly team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will involve:

  • Quotation Management: Handle service visit and spares quotations.
  • Order Management: Manage purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Documentation: Ensure proper filing and storage of documents.
  • Inventory Control: Work closely with the Stores Department to manage stock and inventory.
  • Spare Part Processing: Schedule and process spare parts.
  • Invoice Management: Oversee invoice processing.
  • Database Updating: Keep our databases up-to-date.
  • Travel Coordination: Book travel and accommodation for engineers.
  • Administrative Support: Assist engineers with documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Help Desk Assistance: Support the Customer Support Help Desk with call handling, scheduling, and job number allocation.
  • Global Support: Occasionally support different time zones outside of normal working hours.
  • Reporting: Report to the UK Customer Service Office Manager.
  • Compliance: Adhere to the company's QMS procedures and processes.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role you will need experience in the following:
  • Agile Environment Experience: Thrive in a fast-paced, changing business environment.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Microsoft Software Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sage Experience: Experience with Sage 50 or 200, or similar accounting/planning software.
