Client outreach PM and communications lead, Belfast, up to £690 p/d, 9 month contract

We are partnering with a world-renowned tier 1 investment bank in the recruitment of a client outreach PM and communications lead.

This role involves end-to-end project management of regulatory and compliance outreach initiatives within markets, requiring close collaboration with Front Office stakeholders to engage priority clients while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include ensuring robust processes and controls, refining outreach strategies, and overseeing client communications at scale using relevant software tools. The position also entails managing client and internal mailboxes, serving as a key escalation point, and leading junior resources in business analysis activities. A deep understanding of client static data, including sourcing and maintenance processes, is essential, alongside the ability to interpret regulatory rulesets relevant to Markets products. Additionally, the role ensures operational integrity through effective outreach documentation and milestone management.


To be considered for the role you should have the requirements below:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of the financial markets, risk and controls, and a working knowledge of key regulatory initiatives impacting markets
  • Big 4 / consulting background preferred
  • Strong business analysis i.e.: needs to demonstrate how, in their prior role(s) they are self-starting and self-directed, being able to take complex information, organise into a structured and logical way and distil into high-quality work products under tight timeframes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to confidently liaise across all key stakeholders and present at all levels of management
  • Attention to detail, ensuring deliverables meet Citi PMO and audit requirements
  • Team player, ability to coach team members
  • Solid project management and organisational skills, e.g. planning, risk / issue management, delivery


The role is initially for a 9-month period it may extend past this. Although this role is a hybrid role it requires the successful candidate to be in the Belfast office 3 days per week.
