Role Overview: As the Operations Director, you will support the CEO in delivering the mission of Little Angels, achieving excellence in all we do for our children and empowering our adults to achieve. You will be an esteemed and respected leader of our team of passionate experts in the field. You will embrace the exciting new phase of our carefully considered expansion programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and model the company’s core values
- Ensure respectful relationships with children and adults
- Empower those around you to achieve
- Maintain high standards of quality control
- Manage financial targets and implement budget controls
- Oversee facilities management
- Oversee human resources across the organisation
- Drive the company’s growth and expansion plans
Person Specification:
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a large setting or group of settings
- Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (desirable)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to think strategically and work independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant Level 6 degree and leadership qualifications (desirable)
- Full driving licence and transport
