Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of working three days a week from home and two days a week in our office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department, particularly in managing a large backlog of bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounts assistant tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records.
- Assist with bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Required:
- Previous experience in an accounts assistant role or similar position.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
