Your Next Contract - Job Overview
Responsible for designing and implementing data models in Power BI, creating interactive dashboards with Microsoft's visualisation tools, and generating comprehensive reports using the Microsoft BI ecosystem. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data Services, and Power BI. This position requires deep expertise in Microsoft's data platform and business intelligence tools.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI for data visualisation and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL query development
Experience with Microsoft Azure Data services (Azure SQL, Azure Synapse)
Knowledge of Microsoft's ETL tools (SSIS, Azure Data Factory)
Familiarity with DAX and M languages for Power BI development
Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPivot
Understanding of Microsoft's Modern Data Platform architecture
Background in designing and implementing SSAS tabular models
Experience deploying and managing Power BI in enterprise environments
