I have partnered with an exciting law firm specialising in complex and high-value patent matters who are looking for an experienced legal AP to join their friendly finance team. They have an international presence, operating across the UK, US and Europe and pride themselves on empowering all of their employees through sophisticated training programmes, ensuring you develop throughout your tenure. You will be based in their lovely open office near Chancery Lane 3 days per week.

Your new role

• End-to-end AP

• Input all Supplier and Associate invoices to the accounting system (Access)

• Upload case-related disbursements from Access to their practice management system

• Process bank and BACS payments

• Reconciliation of supplier accounts

• Monthly bank reconciliations

• Petty cash management

What you'll need to succeed

My client is looking for an experienced legal AP who is a team-player and a positive communicator. Experience using Access is highly desirable but not required.
