This prestigious institutional company based in Edinburgh requires a hands-on Administrator to join its dynamic business.

Your new role

As part of the administration team, you will report to the Head of Operations. You will ensure the highest standards for internal content and manage its delivery within set timescales. This role involves maintaining and accessing databases. You will also assist with data reporting and quality assurance for the Internal Quality Assurance Committee.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a busy office environment and general administration.
  • Proficiency in common IT systems/software, including the full MS suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time and task-management skills.
  • Experience in project administration and coordination.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
