Architectural technologist residential Leicester

Your new company
You will be joining a multidisciplinary consultancy, with a team consisting of planning consultants, architects and surveyors that work together to complete projects within the residential, commercial and education sectors. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for an architectural technologist to join their team.

Your new role
  • Technical Drawings: Creating precise technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
  • Project Management: Overseeing the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Building Regulations: Ensuring designs comply with building regulations and standards.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing any technical issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Client Liaison: Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

What you'll need to succeed
  • CIAT chartered (Preferred).
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD.
