They are now looking for Architectural Technologists of all levels to join their practice and help them maintain their award-winning culture.
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be:
- Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional architectural methods to develop building plans and designs.
- Examining space and site requirements.
- Reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Negotiating effective technological solutions with investors.
- Preparing budgets and estimating material costs
To apply for this position, it is essential that:
- You have a degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
- You have proficiency with Revit.
- You have experience working across all RIBA stages (Desirable)
- You have transport links to Birmingham.
- Have 2 years minimum of UK working experience.
