MRICS Asset Manager

Your new company

An established Property & Asset Management company based in Central London who are looking for a Chartered (MRICS) Asset Manager with 2-3 years PQE experience to come in and help manage the current workload and the team.

Your new role

  • Utilising external consultants to support with asset management duties (lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, licence negotiations, claims and repair schedules)

  • Support with underwriting of acquisition opportunities

  • Managing and supporting junior members of the team

  • Ensuring you have a good commercial understanding of our assets through property level accounting and a close eye on expenditure to drive better outcomes.

  • Monitoring performance of rent collection and tenant compliance

  • Put in place effective strategies to ensure the portfolio is best serving the group

  • Oversee property management activity

What you'll need to succeed

  • MUST BE MRICS Chartered Member

  • At least 1-2 year post qualified experience with a Commercial Property Management Team

What you'll get in return
