Your new role
You will be taking charge of a diverse client portfolio, delivering top-notch company secretarial services and fostering strong client relationships. You will assist senior team members with managing the team, including training and appraising junior staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring work accuracy and compliance. You must offer expert advice on complex company secretarial issues, oversee Companies House filings, and maintain up-to-date statutory records. You will lead and participate in complex projects, identify process improvements, and ensure efficient working practices. Managing invoicing and billing, you will respond to technical queries, and support business development by identifying new opportunities and enhancing client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have a degree and preferably be CGI qualified. You must have significant experience in a similar role within a professional services environment, with a thorough understanding of the Companies Act and relevant statutes. Familiarity with Diligent Entities or similar company secretarial software is required, as well as a proven ability to manage a client portfolio and handle complex company secretarial tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. You will be proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience of mentoring and supporting junior team members is advantageous.
