Your new role
- Undertaking a range of professional instructions including dilapidations, technical due diligence acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, PPM’s and reinstatement cost assessments.
- Advising clients about building/property issues, which can include technical, financial, legal, environmental/sustainability, building regulation, and restoration matters.
- Produce defined and accurate instructions to external consultants to undertake detailed planned maintenance surveys, structural surveys etc as and when required.
- Providing project services including feasibility studies, cost consultancy and administering contracts.
- Client liaisons and business development
What you'll need to succeed
- MRICS Chartered status
- Commercial experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Full clean driving licence
What you'll get in return
- Salary up to £70,000 dependent on experience.
- Holiday entitlement is 30 days per annum, which includes a Wellbeing Day and your birthday plus the standard Bank Holidays.
