• Bid writing experience in central government – where they have written bids to maintain programmes – with the aim is to retain the project and receive government funding.
• Experience of implementation of digital and software programmes
• Currently in phase 3, phase 1 and 2 are completed
• Supporting the narrative around the organisation and what they are doing, but also of research and development projects, engagement with 3rd
  parties
  Following the green and magenta book standards – we need good knowledge of this
• A business case consists of 5 pillars – strategy (completed), economy, commercial, management and finance –. They need to be completed, so all can be aligned for the business case.
• Need experience of writing bids for government – experience of sharing data and collaborating with other gov departments to bring programme business case together
• Experience with AI, virtual reality or digital projects
