Your new job as a North American binding authority Technician ( Account handler ) will be working for a young and dynamic Insurance Broker. Due to substantial growth within the technical division, a position for a binding authority Account handler/ Technician handling North American Binder business has arisen.

Your new role
Working as a binding authority Account handler/ Technician means you will be responsible for the production of MRC slips and endorsements. You will also be confident in processing bureaux submissions and be able to address all queries regarding Xchanging. Maintaining an accurate and compliant record of the placement via GXB. You will work with Clients and Brokers to address Cash & Credit Control issues, identify route cause of any recurring issues and propose changes to the process to bring improvements. You will be encouraged to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, supporting them with all technical issues and queries.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a binding authority Technician or Account handler. Producing MRC slips ideally handling North American or International Non-Marine business will contribute to your success. You will be technically astute, highly literate and numerate and preferably have started some professional qualifications. Your excellent planning, time management and organisation skills alongside your drive and motivation will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and growing team
