Your new company

Join a dynamic and growing team that prides itself on professional excellence and a passion for growth. With plans to expand significantly this year, this is an exciting time to become part of a close-knit team that spans sales, accounts, and back-office operations, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your new role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations, providing management with key insights, and supporting business decisions. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar finance role. A strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and bookkeeping principles is essential. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting, strong organisational skills, and good communication skills are crucial. A relevant qualification in finance or accounting is preferred but not essential. Experience with intercompany charges is an advantage.

What you'll get in return

You will benefit from a supportive and rewarding workplace with a competitive salary reflecting your skills and experience. Enjoy health and wellbeing support, including access to healthcare benefits and counselling sessions. There are clear pathways for career growth and development, with study support available to help you achieve your professional goals. Flexible working options are offered to support your work-life balance. You will be part of a friendly, collaborative workplace culture that values every team member's contribution. Regular recognition and an employee of the month program celebrate your achievements. Additionally, enjoy company events, team-building activities, and a range of benefits including birthdays off, a 10% pension contribution, free lunch, private healthcare, national and international rewards trips, free parking, gym membership, and employee discounts.
