Building Services Manager job in Swindon, £50,000 - £75,000 per annum, permanent contract

Your New Company
Hays Building Services are assisting a leading building contractor in Swindon with the recruitment of a Building Services Manager to join their busy team.

Your New Role

You will work with pre-construction teams to make sure client requirements are met and proposals reflect their needs and the contract, making sure all building services needs are met, reflected in the building and fabric with information delivered in good time, as well as supporting planning teams in making sure building services are fully integrated into the delivery programme and execution plans.

You will manage the design, drawings and approvals process in line with the programme, monitor progress against targets and assist the project management team with making sure specialist contractors’ resources and approach the project as needed, as well as attend client progress and technical meetings.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will be experienced in managing the design, delivery, and commissioning of building services in a construction environment, as well as be technically qualified in a mechanical or electrical trade within a consultancy, main contractor or subcontractor management background.

What You’ll Get In Return

This role is being offered with a salary between £50,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience on a permanent contract.
