Your new role

As a Business Analyst within the Integration team, you play a crucial role in connecting business requirements with technological solutions. Your duties encompass guiding colleagues through integration discovery, comprehending user needs, pinpointing development opportunities, mapping data, and documenting business processes for solution design. By working closely with developers, architects, and business teams, you will advance opportunities from development to implementation. After implementation, you will ensure that solutions fulfil business requirements, integrate smoothly into operations, and help stakeholders achieve the desired benefits from integration solutions.

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and needs.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, following agreed standards/templates. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through integration.

  • Work with architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs


What you'll need to succeed

  • Possesses excellent working knowledge and a deep understanding of business analysis tools and techniques, ensuring top-notch performance and results.

  • An expert in data mapping techniques, data quality assurance, and data governance principles, bringing a high level of precision and reliability to business analysis tasks.

  • Demonstrates practical experience in business analysis, effectively utilising methods to document data structures, business processes, and define business requirements.

  • Proven track record in engaging and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders throughout the development cycle and beyond, ensuring seamless collaboration and success.

  • Skilled at translating business process information and requirements (as-is) into conceptualised technology solutions (to-be), driving innovation and efficiency.

  • Experienced at developing impactful reports, presentations, and workshops to present insights from business analysis activities, and delivering findings and recommendations for service improvements.
