Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in South Wales) Day rate: £600-700 per day Inscope of IR35
About Our Customer:
Join a dynamic team dedicated to driving impactful change within the Digital, Data and Security Directorate. Our client is looking for a passionate Business Change Manager who can lead our change management initiatives and enhance performance across various projects.
Purpose of the Role:
As the Business Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert change management guidance, collaborating with Project Teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Business Owners. Your mission will be to cultivate a high-performing Directorate by establishing a clear vision and adhering to best practices in change management.
Key Duties:
- Take ownership of designated Digital, Data and Security projects, ensuring effective change and communications planning, utilising best practice tools.
- Engage and galvanise a diverse community of internal stakeholders to contribute to the successful delivery and embedding of change.
- Provide expert support on communication strategies, fostering dialogue and engagement within Digital, Data and Security and across internal stakeholders.
- Adopt an inclusive approach, actively involving project teams in shaping change delivery and ensuring transparent communication of upcoming changes.
- Measure and assess the impact of changes made, feeding insights into ongoing engagement strategies.
- Support various aspects of the Directorate in line with evolving business needs.
Key Deliverables:
- Establish and maintain change plans for allocated projects, contributing to the overall project delivery plan.
- Lead on Business Change messaging, collaborating with the Delivery Manager to develop communication content.
- Oversee Business Change activities across the Digital, Data and Security Portfolio.
- Evaluate the successful delivery of coordinated project engagement activities, including video calls, workshops, and governance forums.
- Ensure high-quality content across all Portfolio communications.
This role requires you to build and maintain exceptional working relationships across multiple teams both internally and externally. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven experience leading business change management activities.
- Ability to develop clear visions and champion best practice change management standards.
- Strong influencing skills and comfort in steering decision-making with senior leaders in a complex organisational environment.
- Experience implementing complex, multi-channel transformational change communications and engagement campaigns.
- Proven ability to coordinate engagement across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience leading change within the Digital and Data sector.
