Business Support Coordinator - Leeds City Centre - £26,000 per annum - PAID VIA HOURLY RATE (WEEKLY)
Are you looking for a temp role that offers variety and challenge? Do you have experience in facilities management and office administration? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are looking for a business support coordinator to join our team for 3 months initially, with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office, as well as providing support to our staff and clients.
Your main duties will include:
- Managing the office facilities, such as equipment, furniture, security, and health and safety
- Liaising with external contractors and suppliers
- Coordinating office moves and refurbishments
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and clients
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Assisting with budgeting and invoicing
- Handling general enquiries and complaints
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment
- A qualification in facilities management or related field
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- A high level of organisational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- A good level of communication and interpersonal skills
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with an hour lunch break. The salary is £26,000 per annum, pro rata.
