Hays is partnering with a local council to recruit an Interim Change Manager. This pivotal role involves planning, developing, and executing comprehensive change management initiatives, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and change impact assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead organisational readiness analysis and provide coaching to ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Manage resistance and reinforce change initiatives to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Oversee operational model and organisational design changes, focusing on minimising disruption to business processes.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively to create a supportive environment for change.
